109 MAIN STREET

The 109 Main Street building is a vast improvement from the dilapidated structure that once occupied a highly visible corner in the downtown section of Gorham, Maine. Great Falls Construction constructed the new building which houses four 1500+ square foot retail units. Site work included the creation of ample parking for all tenants while incorporating the Aroma Joe’s drive through traffic lane. The building’s interiors feature the most current retail designs and layouts of the Aroma Joe’s and Subway brands.
