Any interested tenants must fill out a completed application sent by the Property Manager. 

We will complete a background check and credit screen upon completion of your application.  

  • Credit Score

    Credit score of 620 or higher credit score preferred. Lower credit scores may require a co-signer.

  • Security Deposit

    Security deposit equal to first month rent is due upon lease signing to hold the unit. If you have a pet, an additional security deposit will be required. 

  • Pet Deposit

    Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed & cats.


    $300 deposit, $35/month fee 

  • Application Fee

    The application fee is $25.

  • Valid ID

    A valid ID is required to apply.

  • Proof of Income

    Proof of income is required.

  • 1 Year Lease Due Upon Signing

    We require a one year lease upon signing. Lease renewals are sent to tenants 2-3 months prior to their lease renewal date. If you are not renewing your lease, we do require a 60 day notice. 

  • Utilities

    Depending on your unit and leasing agreement, you may be required to set up utilities such as CMP, Cable/Internet in your name. These should be set up and active upon your move in date and stay in your name and will be your responsibility until your move out.
